The Farm Eatery Cooking School, located in the beautiful Barossa Valley in SA, offers a hands-on cooking class that will take you on a journey through the world of bread-making. This class is a perfect opportunity to learn the techniques and skills required to perfect sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and milk buns from scratch using the freshest local ingredients.
As a participant in this class, you will have the chance to work with expert chefs and gain practical skills and confidence in bread making. You will also take home recipes and all the bread you create during the class. This class is suitable for all skill levels and is a great way to expand your culinary knowledge and impress your family and friends with delicious and nutritious bread.
In this class, you will learn about international cuisine, baking, and healthy cooking workshops. You will also have the opportunity to participate in chef-led cooking sessions, gourmet cooking classes, and hands-on cooking experiences. The class is 3 hours in duration, starting at 10 am.
