The animal encounter experience is suitable for all ages and is available in all weather conditions within their restricted access facilities. All guests are required to wear closed-in shoes, and infants aged between 0 - 3 years must be accompanied by a paying adult. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time and have your booking confirmation and QR code ready.
In addition to the camel encounter, you can also feed their friendly camels, shop for skincare and souvenirs, visit their Homestead cafe, and enjoy a delicious breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Their dairy products are also available for purchase, so don''t forget to bring an esky or cooler bag.
