Climbers under 16 years old must be directly supervised by an adult (17 years+), with climbing adults required for every two children aged 7 and 8, and one supervising adult for every six children aged 9 to 16.

Course access depends on participant age, with 7 to 8-year-olds able to access courses 1 to 3, 9 to 10-year-olds able to access courses 1 to 5, and all courses open to those aged 11 and above. The park''s limitations include a minimum age of 7 years and a height requirement of 110 cm, with a maximum weight limit of 120 kg for participants.
